
Dr Yasaman Sarabi is an Assistant Professor in Social Research Methods at Heriot-Watt University, with expertise in applying complex quantitative methods to address challenges in business and management. Her research centres on Social Network Analysis (SNA) and spans topics such as corporate governance, inter-organisational collaboration, international trade, leadership, and the science of science. Dr Sarabi joined Heriot-Watt in 2018 as a post-doctoral research fellow on a project exploring gender diversity and corporate governance, following the completion of her PhD in International Business at the University of Greenwich. She brings the perspective of a social scientist into the activities of the ARC.
